Technicians have always been extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I’ve been using BVS for at least 10 years or more and always get a reminder for seasonal maintenance, which is very useful since I never remember when it’s time. Everyone at BVS that I’ve have contact with over the years have always been helpful and pleasant to do business with. If you’re looking for an AC/Heating company, BVS is the perfect one!

Very professional and honest. I had several quotes and this company gave me a wide range of options. Again, the honesty was refreshing. I didn't feel like I was being upsold. Mazdak is great!! The day before our appointment, the owners called to verify everything and Karen was very kind!! This company gives me a small town feel in a big city. Very nice!!!

Our serviceman, Mazdak, was prompt, courteous, and an expert in his job. He took time to explain what he checked and what needed to be done. We always look forward to having him service our AC or heating system.

Mazdak is the same gentleman that came to do my heating maintenance he's very friendly very nice to talk to I really really like him. I think he is very knowledgeable about what he knows about the air conditioning and heating systems.

Both the office staff and the field tech were very professional and effective service tech arrived well within the timeframe given and had the AC up and running again in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the entire experience.
